Comicbook Bass Guitar

 

This personal project was inspired by my desire to improve my woodworking skills and my enthusiasm for the bass guitar. The main body was created from a solid piece of Ash using machine and hand crafting techniques and then finished by applying a black and white Daffy Duck comic book strip to the surface. The neck and other components were then added to create a fully playable instrument.
